摘要
从历史政治学的分析路径来看,中国共产党领导的基本内涵可以概括为中国共产党是最高政治领导力量、最高政治权威。中国共产党创造最高政治权威过程的根本是将中国广大民众凝聚成作为整体政治力量的人民,进而以人民作为最高政治权威的根基,中国共产党凝聚人民的同时也创造了新的政治大一统。党的领导要落实到国家治理各领域各方面各环节,不仅必须以制度体系来保证党的领导落到实处,而且必须完善党的领导制度体系,使坚持中国共产党领导的制度体系成为中国特色社会主义制度的重要组成部分。
From the perspective of historical politics,the basic connotation of the leadership of the Communist Party of China can be summarized as that the Communist Party of China is the highest political power and the highest political authority.The fundamental purpose of the process that create the supreme political authority by the Communist Party of China,is to unite Chinese people as the whole political force,and then take it as the foundation of the supreme political authority.The process of the Communist Party of China united the people is the same process that created a new political unity.The party’s leadership must to be implemented in all aspects of national governance,it is not only necessary to ensure the implementation of the party’s leadership by institutions,but also necessary to improve the party’s leadership system,so that can make the system which is adhere to the party’s leadership become an critical part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
