摘要
目的:观察温脾止泻胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:80例腹泻型肠易激综合征(脾肾阳虚型)患者被随机分为两组各40例,治疗组服用温脾止泻胶囊,对照组服用四神丸,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组中痊愈9例,显效14例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率为91.89%;对照组中痊愈4例,显效12例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率80.55%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:温脾止泻胶囊治疗(脾肾阳虚型)腹泻型肠易激综合征具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenpi Zhixie capsule on diarrhea-induced irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Methods:80 cases of patients with diarrhea-induced irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wenpi Zhixie capsule,while the control group was treated with Sishen pills.For both groups,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The difference of clinical effect between two groups was observed.Results:In treatment group,9 cases were cured,14 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.89%;while in control group,4 cases were cured,12 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.55%.The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wenpi Zhixie capsule on diarrhea-induced irritable bowel syndrome of spleenkidney yang deficiency type is better.
