摘要
采用气相色谱法,使用D B-5毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,对邻氰基苄基亚磷酸二乙酯产品及其有机杂质进行分离和定量分析。采用气质联用仪对主要有机杂质进行了定性研究,测定了该方法邻氰基苄基亚磷酸二乙酯纯度的精密度。研究结果表明,该分析方法具有分离效果好,分析速度快,重复性好的优点,可用于邻氰基苄基亚磷酸二乙酯产品质量控制和产品常规分析。
GC,DB-5 capillary column and FID detector were adopted in this methodology for the separation and quantitative analysis of o-cyanobenzyl diethyl phosphite.The main organic impurities were qualitatively studied by GC-MS,the precision of this method was also determined.The results showed that the method has the advantages of good separation,good repeatability and high speed,which can be used for routine analysis and quality control of o-Cyanobenzyl diethyl phosphite production process.
