摘要
随着信息技术的发展及其在医疗领域的广泛应用,我国大部分医学院校已开设医疗信息系统课程。讨论式教学以实际案例为素材,在医疗信息系统课程教学中广泛应用,灵活运用讨论式教学法,不仅可以提升学生的思考能力与团队协作意识,还可在一定程度上培养学生解决实际问题的能力,从而满足专业需求。本文以我院卫生管理专业为例,分析医院信息系统课程当前的教学现状及问题,重点探讨问题解决式讨论、头脑风暴式讨论、专题报告和辩论式讨论等多形式综合讨论式教学法在医院信息系统课程中的应用,以期为医学院校开展医疗信息系统课程教学提供参考。
With the development of information technology and its extensive application in the medical field,most medical schools in China have opened courses in medical information systems.Discussion teaching is based on actual cases and is widely used in the teaching of medical information system courses.Flexible use of discussion teaching methods can not only improve students'thinking ability and teamwork awareness,but also train students to solve practical problems to a certain extent.Ability to meet professional needs.This article uses our hospital's health management major as an example to analyze the current teaching situation and problems of the hospital information system course.It focuses on the problem-solving discussions,brainstorming discussions,special reports and debate discussions.The application of the system curriculum,with a view to providing reference for medical information system courses in medical schools.
