摘要
采用单因素实验的思路,选取同一酿酒生产班组、同一时间段考察不同发酵容器对大曲清香白酒酿造情形的影响,为大曲清香白酒发酵工艺设备的改进提供参考。
Based on the idea of single factor experiment,the same brewing production team and the same period of time were used to investigate the effects of different fermentative vessels on the Fen flavor liquor making situation,which provided a reference for the improvement of Daqu Fen flavor liquor making equipment.
