摘要
某滨海区域天然气阀室316不锈钢引压管在服役过程中发生了穿孔失效,于是对失效的引压管样品进行了宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、微观组织观察、能谱分析,并结合引压管的服役情况以及日常检漏情况,对引压管的失效原因进行了综合分析。分析结果表明,该引压管穿孔失效的原因是由于卡箍和连接螺帽与引压管接触形成的夹缝发生缝隙腐蚀所致,为了避免类似失效事故的再次发生,给出了相关建议。
The perforation of 316 stainless press-leading tube was discovered in a natural gas valve room of a coastal area during service.Through macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation,energy spectrum analysis,combined with service environment and daily leak detection,the cause of failure of pressure pipe was comprehensively analyzed.The analysis results show that the cause of perforation is due to the crevice corrosion occurring in the joint formed by the contact of the clamp,the connecting nut and the tube.In order to avoid the occurrence of similar phenomena,some suggestions are given.
