摘要
零售药店作为医疗服务基本单元,是反映人们生活需求的重要组成部分。以兰州市中心城区为例,借助GIS空间分析方法对基于街道尺度的兰州市2019年零售药店的POI数据进行分布研究及可达性评价。结果显示:(1)零售药店分布格局呈现“东密西疏”特征,总体分布表现出沿商业中心、交通要道、综合居民地分布的趋势;(2)零售药店具有多核心的斑块状集聚特点,在3.15 km距离范围内呈现显著聚集态势,边界效应对其聚集分布影响较小;(3)以街道为单元的药店可达性水平与分布格局相呼应,可达性高水平街道集中出现在城关区黄河南岸。零售药店的分布及可达性水平与城市内部人口的分布、交通的便捷、商业的发展有较高的关联性,进一步合理配置零售药店资源是提高人们生活质量的关键。
As a basic unit of medical services,retail pharmacies are an important part of reflecting people’s daily needs.Taking the downtown area of Lanzhou for an example,with the help of GIS spatial analysis method,the distribution research and accessibility evaluation of POI data of retail pharmacies in Lanzhou in 2019 based on the street scale are conducted.The results show that:(1)the distribution pattern of retail pharmacies presents the characteristics of“dense in the east and sparse in the west”,and the overall distribution shows a trend of clustering along commercial centers,transportation corridors,and comprehensive residential areas;(2)retail pharmacies have a multi-core patchy agglomeration characteristics,showing a significant trend gathering within a range of 3.15 km,and the boundary effect has a small impact on its agglomeration distribution;(3)The accessibility level of pharmacies with streets as a unit echoes the distribution pattern,and high-accessibility streets appear intensively on the south bank of the Yellow River in Chengguan district.The distribution and accessibility level of retail pharmacies are highly related to the distribution of urban population,convenient transportation,and commercial development.Further rational allocation of retail pharmacy resources is the key to improving people’s quality of life.
