光缆抗扭转性能初步研究

摘要 近年来,部分新品光缆在检测和使用中出现扭转开裂。为了从根本上进行改善,本文首先通过试验总结了扭转开裂的特征,然后根据开裂的特征分析了扭转受力,从理论上阐明了扭转开裂的原因,提出扭转开裂不仅是因为护套在钢带搭接部位所受的推挤力较大,更主要是因为钢带搭接台阶所产生的应力集中。最后通过实验证明,在钢带搭接台阶附近点胶是改善扭转开裂最有效的措施。 Recently,torsion cracking was found on some new optical fibre cables.In order to solve this problem,the characteristic of torsion cracking was summarized by test,,and the mechanics of torsion was analysed in theory,and the cause of cracking was concluded.It shows the cause of cracking is not only the squeezing from steel tape,but also the stress concentration from step on sheath innner wall.Finally,the result of trial reveals that the most effective method to improve torsion cracking is applying hot melt near steel tape overlap.
