高高原航线签派放行与运行控制研究——以“邦达—拉萨”往返航线为例 被引量:8

摘要 昌都/邦达机场属于不提供加油服务的高高原机场,结合高原航线的特点分析了"邦达-拉萨"往返航线在签派放行方面的关键点,依据《大型飞机公共航空运输承运人运行合格审定规则》(CCAR-121-R4)的规章要求,确定出往返航线在油量政策方面的差异,通过对机组、航空器、气象等要素的研究,解决了高原航线运行控制的难点,完成往返航线一发失效飘降和客舱释压紧急下降程序,达到了安全运行的目的,以期总结的保障经验在类似机场和航线上得以推广。 Bangda airport is a high plateau airport without refueling service.This paper analyzes the key-points of the"Bangda-Lhasa"round trip in terms of dispatch release based on the characteristics of the plateau routes.In accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Operational Certification Rules for Large Aircraft Public Air Transport Carriers(CCAR-121-R4),the differences in the fuel policy for the round trips are determined.Through the research on the crew,aircraft,weather and other factors,the difficulties on the operation control of the high plateau routes are solved,and the drift-down procedure from one-engine failure and the emergency descent procedure from cabin depressurization for the roundtrip route are finished,which achieves the goal of safe operation.The experience is expected to be extended to similar airports or flight routes.
