摘要
目的了解新疆某地区高血压门诊特殊慢性病患者对政策的满意度并探讨其影响因素,为政策调整提供参考依据。方法2016年6月到8月,采用自行设计的问卷,调查新疆某地区五个社区机构享受高血压门诊特殊慢性病政策的居民255人,分析高血压门诊特殊慢病政策满意度情况,使用因子分析法和logistic回归分析满意度的影响因素。结果患者对高血压门诊慢性病报销政策表示满意的有169人(66.27%);用主成分法将多个变量转换为几个综合指标进行数据降维,提取了如下7个公因子:生活习惯相关因子、家庭情况因子、社会地位因子、卫生服务利用因子、定点医疗机构满意因子、健康程度因子、疾病严重程度因子。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,健康状况因子和定点医疗机构满意度因子有利于提高患者的满意度。结论患者对高血压门诊特殊慢性病政策大体满意,但仍有提升空间,患者健康程度状况和定点医疗机构服务水平是该政策满意度的主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of an outpatient copayment scheme for hypertension in a certain region of Xinjiang and explore its influencing factors,and to provide reference for policy adjustment.Methods From June to August 2016,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 255 residents of five community institutions in a certain area of Xinjiang who insured by this scheme for hypertension.The satisfaction degree of an outpatient copayment scheme for hypertension was analyzed.And factor analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction.Results 169 people(66.27%)were satisfied with the outpatient copayment scheme for hypertension.The principal component method was used to convert multiple variables into several comprehensive indicators for data dimensionality reduction.The following 7 common factors were extracted:living habit related factors,family situation factors,social status factors,health service utilization factors,fixed-point medical institution satisfaction factors,health factors,disease severity factors.Multivariate logistic regression results showed that health status factors and fixed-point medical institution satisfaction factors were conducive to improving patient satisfaction.Conclusions The patients were generally satisfied with the outpatient copayment scheme for hypertension,but there is still room for improvement.The health status of patients and the service level of designated medical institutions were the main influencing factors of the policy satisfaction.
