摘要
以间羟基苯甲酸和3, 4-二氯三氟甲苯为原料,在现有生产工艺上,考察了脱水剂、催化剂、溶剂、反应时间、反应温度对合成二苯醚类除草剂关键中间体3-[2-氯-4-(三氟甲基)苯氧基]苯甲酸的影响,经实验验证并优化工艺后,最终收率可达93%,对现有生产的降本增效具有较高的指导意义。
Based on the present manufacturing technology, with m-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3, 4-dichlorotrifluorotoluene as raw materials, the ef-fects of dehydrating agent, catalyst, solvent, reaction time and temperature on the synthesis of 3-[2-chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl) phenoxyexy] benzoic acid are investigated which is a key intermediate for herbicide. After experimental verification and optimization of the process, the final yield can reach 93%, which has a good guiding significance for decreasing the cost and increasing benefit for the present production.
