摘要
为了优化含钒汽车齿轮钢20CrMoV的精炼工艺,对20CrMoV钢试样进行了不同精炼时间(20~60 min)和软吹时间(10~50 min)的试验,测定了钢试样中的氧含量和氢含量,并进行了耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随精炼时间、软吹时间的增加,钢试样中的氧含量、氢含量和磨损体积均呈现先减小后增加的趋势。与20 min精炼时间相比,50 min精炼时间使试样的氧含量减少了27.59%、氢含量减少了64.52%、磨损体积减小了46.15%。与10 min软吹时间相比,30 min软吹时间使试样的氧含量减少了14.85%、氢含量减少了62.07%、磨损体积减小了41.67%。含钒汽车齿轮钢20CrMoV的精炼时间和软吹时间分别优选为50 min和30 min。
In order to optimize the refining process of 20 CrMoV automobile gear steel containing vanadium,the refining tests of 20 CrMoV steel samples at different refining time(20~60 min)and soft blowing time(10~50 min)were carried out.The oxygen content and hydrogen content in the steel samples were measured,and the wear resistance was tested and analyzed.The results show that the oxygen content,hydrogen content and wear volume of steel samples decrease firstly and then increase with enlarging refining time and soft blowing time.Compared with refining time for 20 min,when the refining time is 50 min,the oxygen content reduces by 27.59%,the hydrogen content decreases by 64.52% and wear volume reduces by 46.15%.Compared with blowing time for 10 min,when the blowing time is 30 min, the oxygen content reduces by 14.85%,the hydrogen content decreases by 62.07% and wear volume reduces by 41.67%.The optimized refining time and soft blowing time of 20 CrMoV vanadium-bearing automobile gear steel are 50 min and 30 min,respectively.
