摘要
基于改进AHP法,优化供水绩效指标权重,同时开展了绩效数据的可靠度评价,建立了一套相对完整的供水绩效评估模型,将其应用于区域实证研究,获得满意的效果。供水绩效评估模型的构建,将为绩效评估在供水行业的推广应用提供技术支撑。
Based on the improved AHP method,the weight of water supply performance indicators is optimized,and the reliability evaluation of performance data is carried out,a relatively complete water supply performance evaluation model is established,which is applied to regional empirical research and obtains satisfactory results,The construction of the water supply performance evaluation model provides technical support for the promotion and application of performance evaluation in the water industry.
