摘要
本文采用网络调研法,对我国40所公立财经类高校图书馆的捐赠工作从网站建设、捐赠制度、反馈宣传3方面进行调查,总结分析不足,并从强化捐赠工作制度、优化捐赠栏目网页、丰富捐赠反馈奖励方式、拓展捐赠宣传途径、完善捐赠项目种类和加强捐赠前沟通审核等6个方面,提出改进我国高校图书馆捐赠工作的建议。
By using the method of network research,this paper investigates the donation work of 40 public financial and economics university libraries in China from three aspects:website construction,donation system and feedback publicity.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and proposes suggestions to improve donation services,including enhancing donation policy,optimizing donation web,perfecting donation return means,expanding donation publicity,enriching donation items and strengthening communication audits.
