摘要
针对传统的曲面重构算法效率低下和繁琐的问题,提出一种基于线结构光测量获得三维点云数据和NURBS算法曲面重构方法。利用线结构光的非接触性、高效率和高精度的特点获取三维模型的三维数据并且能够避免视觉测量中的配准问题,然后利用高斯滤波、非均匀网络压缩原理、八叉树算法对三维对云数据进行去噪、压缩、数据索引后,有效提高了数据的重构效率,最后采用NURBS算法对曲面进行重构。以普通硬盘为例,运用所提方法进行曲面重构,实验表明曲面重构方法比传统曲面重构方法速度更快,误差小于0.05 mm,具有很好的精确性和高效性,为以后的曲面重构研究领域的提供了重要的研究方法。
Aiming at the inefficiency and complexity of traditional surface reconstruction algorithms,a surface reconstruction method based on linear structured light measurement and NURBS algorithm is proposed.The method of linear structured light non-contact,which has characteristics of high efficiency and high precision,is used to obtain three-dimensional model data,and the registration problem is avoided in visual measurement.Then,three-dimensional cloud data are denoised,compressed and indexed by Gauss filtering,non-uniform network compression principle and octree algorithm,so that the efficiency of data reconstruction is effectively improved.Finally,the NURBS algorithm is utilized to reconstruct the surface.The ordinary hard disk is regarded as an example,of which surface reconstruction is carried out by this method in this paper.It’s showed that the surface reconstruction method in this paper is faster than traditional surface reconstruction method,and the error is less than 0.05 mm,which shows that this method has good accuracy and efficiency.It provides an important research method for surface reconstruction in the future.
