重载型钢包运输车车轮设计分析与质量控制

摘要 为了提高重载型钢包车工作的可靠性,本文以390t承载能力的钢包车为研究对象;一方面在设计过程中,对钢包车的车轮进行设计分析。另一方面在加工制造检验和出厂验收过程中,对钢包车车轮采取有效地质量控制和检测验收方法。不仅提高了钢包车工作的可靠性,而且为重载型钢包车的车轮设计和质量控制提供了理论依据。 In order to improve the working reliability of heavy load ladle transfer car. The article takes the 390 t ladle transfer car as the research object. On the one hand,we design and analysis for the wheels of ladle transfer car during design process. On the other hand,we take the effective quality control and the inspection and accept method to ladle transfer car during manufacturing process. So these measures not only improve the working reliability of ladle transfer car,but also provide a theoretical basis for the design and quality control of heavy load ladle transfer car wheels.
