摘要
目的分析青春期痤疮患者的抑郁状况。方法随机选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院青春期痤疮患者300例,将这些患者作为痤疮组,另随机选取同期我院健康体检青春期人员300例作为健康组,统计分析两组人员的SDS评分、抑郁发生情况。结果痤疮组患者的平均SDS评分显著高于健康组(P<0.05),其中男性、女性患者的SDS评分均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),但男性、女性的患者的SDS评分没有显著差异(P>0.05);1级、2级、3级、4级患者的SDS评分均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),但1级、2级、3级、4级患者的SDS评分之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。痤疮组患者的抑郁发生率56.7%(170/300)显著高于健康组6.7%(20/300)(P<0.05),其中轻度抑郁、中度抑郁发生率26.7%(80/300)、26.7%(80/300)均显著高于健康组6.7%(20/300)、(P<0.05),但两组人员的重度抑郁发生率的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论青春期痤疮患者抑郁发生率高,严重影响了患者的心理健康,值得重视。
Objective To detect and analyze the depressive status in the adolescent acne patients.Methods Thirty cases of adolescent acne patients in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the acne group.Thirty cases of health adolescents during the same period were selected as the health group.The SDS scores and depression incidences of the two groups were compared.Results The average SDS score of the acne group was significantly higher than the healthy group(P<0.05).The SDS scores of male and female in the acne group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The SDS scores of grade 1,2,3 and 4 patients were significantly higher than the healthy group(P<0.05).The differences of SDS scores among grade 1,2,3 and 4 patients were not significant(P>0.05).The incidence of depression of the acne group 56.7%(170/300),which was significantly higher than the healthy group 6.7%(20/300)(P<0.05).The incidence of mild depression and moderate depression in the acne group 26.7%(80/300),26.7%(80/300)were significantly higher than the healthy group 6.7%(20/300),(P<0.05),but the incidences of severe depression between the two groups 3.3%(10/300),was not difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of depression of adolescent acne patients is high,which seriously affects the mental health of patients,so is worthy of the clinical’s full attention.
