摘要
重点介绍了成人及儿童汽车安全带的质量特性--强力性能,比较了GB 14166和ECE R44两个标准涉及的织带初始状态强力和经过低温、耐光、磨损等方式处理后的强力,并对成人及儿童织带在耐光以及锁舌耐磨后的强力保持率进行了比较。结果表明:参照GB 14166和ECE R44方法,经耐光和锁舌耐磨后织带的强力保持率均≥75%,且耐光后织带的强力保持率低于锁舌耐磨后的强力保持率。
The quality characteristics-strength performance of seat belts for adults and children were introduced.The original strength and the strength after special treatment in standards of GB 14166 and ECE R44, such as cold conditioning, light conditioning, abrasion conditioning and other conditioning, were compared. At the same time, the strength retention rate of webbing for adults and children after light conditioning and tongue-abrasion conditioning were compared. The results showed that according to GB 14166 and ECE R44 methods, the strength retention rate of the woven belt after light resistance and wear resistance of the lock tongue was ≥75%, and the strength retention rate of the woven belt after light resistance was lower than that after wear resistance of the lock tongue.
