摘要
目的:观察三参通脉饮治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年3月期间我院病例130例,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组各65例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予五参顺脉汤治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、中医症候积分评分、心肌酶谱指标水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医症候发热、咽痛、胸闷、心悸各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心肌酶谱指标谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:三参通脉饮能提高气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎患者的临床疗效,降低中医症状积分及心肌酶谱水平,且治疗方法安全性高,临床应用价值大。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of using Sanshen Tongmai Drink in the treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency viral myocarditis.Methods:130inpatients from June 2016to March 2018were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and controlled group by the random number table method,65patients in each group.The controlled group were given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with Wushen Shunmai Drink on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,level of myocardial enzyme index and adverse reaction rate in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The scores of fever,sore throat,chest tightness and palpitations of TCM symptom in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(PvO.05).The myocardial enzymes indexes such as the levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and phosphocreatine kinase(CPK)were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanshen Tongmai Drink can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with Qi-Yin deficiency viral myocarditis,reduce the scores of TCM symptoms and the level of myocardial enzymes.The treatment method is safe and has great clinical value.
