Objective:To investigate the measurement invariance of the Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences-Positive Subscale(8 items)(CAPE-P8)across different gender and time in adolescents.Methods:3002 boys and 3033 girls from 11 middle school in Hunan province were recruited in this study. The scale for the CAPE-P8 was used to measure the participants' psychotic-like experiences in the baseline and after 12 months.Results:Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to test the survey data. The results showed that configural, weak, strong and strict invariance of the CAPE-P8 were all acceptable across different gender as well as across different time. Conclusion:The 2-factor structure of the CAPE-P8 has measurement invariance across different gender and time.
