摘要
对农业对外直接投资与食用菌贸易的关系进行了分析,旨在引导食用菌企业合理规划对外投资,扩大自身发展规模。研究结果表明,农业对外直接投资对食用菌出口贸易存在着促进作用,即食用菌对外投资额(KCR)每升高1%,食用菌出口贸易便升高0.263%,说明农业对外直接投资提高了当地消费者对食用菌的需求量,并带动了当地企业对国内食用菌原材料的需求量。农业对外直接投资对食用菌进口贸易具有促进作用,即KCR每升高1%,食用菌进口额便随之升高0.773%,这主要是由于国内食用菌难以满足消费者对食用菌安全性的需求,这促使我国从国外进口食用菌。
This article analyzes the relationship between agricultural direct foreign investment and edible fungi trade, and aims to guide edible fungi companies to rationally plan foreign investment and expand their own development scale. The results show that agricultural direct foreign investment promotes the export of edible fungi, that is, for every 1% increase in KCR, the export of edible fungi increases by 0.263%, indicating that foreign direct investment in agriculture has increased the demand for edible fungi by local consumers quantity, and has driven the demand for domestic edible fungi raw materials by local enterprises. Foreign direct investment in agriculture can promote the import trade of edible fungi, that is, for every 1% increase in KCR, the amount of edible fungi imports will increase by 0.773%, mainly due to the difficulty of domestic edible fungi to meet consumer safety Requirements, which prompted our country to import edible fungi from abroad.
