It is of great significance for the Communist Party of China to put political construction in the first place of construction of the ruling party itself.The Opinions on Strengthening the Party's Political Construction,issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,further clarifies the significance,purpose,task,general requirements and implementation measures of the party's political construction.It provides overall guidance and basic compliance for the participating parties to put political construction first in their own construction.It is inevitable to put the political construction in the first place of the self-construction of the participating parties with the CPC as the teacher,which needs to focus on four major tasks and implement four measures.
