摘要
本文以镍基高温合金GH625为研究对象,通过硬度测试、金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析等方法,开展了不同热处理工艺对GH625合金组织的影响研究。结果表明:GH625合金在950℃以下热处理的晶粒细小均匀,而温度超过1000℃,晶粒变得不均匀,尤其在1000℃、1050℃不均匀最严重,超过1100℃,晶粒在长大的同时也变得均匀。
Ni-based superalloy GH625 was studied in this paper.The microstructure of GH625 alloy subjected to different heat treatments were researched through the hardness testing,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the grains of GH625 alloy are uniform,below 950 degrees.When the temperature exceeds 1000 degrees,the grains become non-uniform,especially at 1000 degrees and 1050 degrees.When the temperature exceeds 1100 degrees,the grains grow and become uniform.
