摘要
河中府在唐宋时期发生了重要的行政区划迁革,从唐、五代隶属于河东道至宋太宗太平兴国年间,改而隶属于陕西路。其主要原因有三:其一,北宋都汴京,河南是四战之地,河中府失去了它的屏蔽意义;其二,宋太宗坚持"在德不在险"的观念,认为只要统治者有德,汴京并不需要河中府作为屏障;其三,宋太宗年间,李继迁为首的党项族反对宋王朝的统治,进攻西北边陲。宋朝于河中府设置护国军,并把它划分给陕西路管辖。这样有利于借用河中府的军事力量,援助陕西以抵抗党项族的入侵。
In Tang and Song Dynasties,Hezhong Mansion had an important administrative division change.During the Tang and Five Dynasties,it belonged to Hedong Road,and during the reign of Taipingxingguo in Song Dynasty,it belonged to Shaanxi Road instead.There were three main reasons for this.Firstly,the capital city of the Northern Song Dynasty was located in Bianjing.There was no natural danger around Henan to defend against war,and the Hezhong Mansion had lost its shielding significance.Secondly,Song Taizong adhered to the idea that In virtue,not in danger,believing that as long as the ruler has morality,Bianjing does not need the Hezhong government as a barrier.Thirdly,during the reign of Taizong in Song Dynasty,the Dangxiang tribe headed by Li Jiqian opposed the rule of Song Dynasty and attacked the Northwest frontier.Taizong of Song Dynasty used to set up a guard army in Hezhong and divided Hezhong Mansion into Shaanxi Road and helped Shaanxi resist the invasion of Dangxiang nationality by using the military force of Hezhong Prefecture.
