摘要
节约成本并提高治疗效果是医保支付方式改革的重要任务。近年来,美国针对以价值为导向的医保支付模式开展了深入探索,取得了积极的进展。在文献复习的基础上,通过总结美国以价值为导向医保支付模式的基本现状、管理机制、模式开发与实施等领域的经验,为发展我国以价值为导向的医保支付提供参考。
Reducing the growth of health care costs while promoting better healthcare quality are important issues in medical insurance payment reform.In recent years,the value-based payment(VBP)models in the United States has been explored in depth and made positive progress.Thorough critical literature review,it summarizes the basic status,management mechanism and model development and implementation of the VBP,with a view to provide some references of VBP development in China.
