摘要
大数据时代,公安机关作为海量数据的产生者、管理者、使用者和守护者,工作模式也在发生相应的变革,这对公安人才需求提出了挑战。应从数据自身的运行规律、公安系统的特殊情况、人员素能的全面要求等维度,分析公安人才需求,查找数据时代公安队伍亟待解决的问题,并采用统筹宏观部署、研发和应用并行、明确岗位素能标准、实施通用性和专业性培训、构建省级大数据警务训练基地、深化校局合作等措施加以应对,为大数据时代的公安工作提供符合工作要求的人才保障。
In the era of big data,the police agency has become the producer,manager,user and protector of mega data information,which brings corresponding changes to current police work patterns and personnel quality.The personnel demand should be analyzed from the perspective of data management,the specific requirement of the public security system and all-round development of personnel capacity so as to find and solve the major defects in the police force.The qualified police force suitable for the big data age will be guaranteed by an overall planning and dispatch,the synchronization of research and application,the detailed qualification for certain positions,the general and professional training programs,the establishment of provincial training bases for big data policing and the further cooperation between police academy and bureau.
