摘要
本文以带气膜孔的铝合金叶片为试验对象,用光敏材料3D打印出叶片树脂零件,然后研究气膜孔的铸造方法,构建出复杂型面中微小孔的熔模精铸方案。设计出通用工艺流程,并在制壳、浇注和后处理3个工序设置检测点作为各个阶段的质量保证,对铸造前处理、型壳制备、型壳焙烧、熔化浇注、铸件后处理5个关键工艺流程进行详细设计,选择合适的试验参数,最终实现带气膜孔的铝合金叶片的精密铸造。
In this paper,the aluminum alloy blades with air holes were taken as the test objects,and the resin parts of the blades were 3D printed with photosensitive materials.Then,the casting method of air holes was studied,and finally the investment casting scheme of micro holes in the complex surface was obtained.The general process was designed,and inspection points were set up in the three processes of shell making,pouring and post-processing as the quality assurance of each stage.Through the detailed design of five key technological processes of pre-casting,shell preparation,shell roasting,melting and casting post-processing,and the selection of appropriate test parameters,the precision casting of aluminum alloy blade with porosity is finally realized.
