摘要
程海是云南省九大高原湖泊之一,是滇西北重要的生态安全屏障。近年来,程海的治理已取得一定成效,但水位逐年下降,水体污染等问题依然突出,若不及时加强保护治理,将严重影响当地社会经济的可持续发展。目前,关于程海保护治理的研究较少。研究人员在深入调查程海流域自然地理条件的基础上,阐述了现阶段程海保护治理的情况,并总结了程海保护治理过程中存在的主要问题,最后提出了加强程海流域空间管控、加强水资源保护、加强水污染防治、加强水环境整治、加强水生态修复等对策。程海保护治理是一项涉及面较广的系统工程,应采取"一湖一策"的方式持续推进。
Chenghai lake is one of the nine plateau lakes in Yunnan province.Chenghai lake is an important ecological security barrier in the Northwest of Yunnan.In recent years,the management of Chenghai lake has achieved certain results,but the water level has been declining year by year,and water pollution is still outstanding.If protection and management are not strengthened in time,it will seriously affect the sustainable development of local social economy.At present,there are few studies on the protection and management of Chenghai lake.Based on an in-depth study of the natural and geographical conditions of the Chenghai lake basin,the researchers expounded the status quo of the protection and management of Chenghai lake and summarized the main problems in the process of protection and management of Chenghai lake.Finally,the researchers proposed to strengthen the space management and control,strengthen water resource protection,strengthen water pollution prevention,strengthen water environment improvement,and strengthen water ecological restoration.The protection and management of Chenghai lake is a systematic project involving a wide range of fields.It should be promoted in the form of"One Lake and One Policy".
