摘要 目的探讨三甲医院儿科护士团队心理安全气氛的现状,分析其影响因素。方法利用便利抽样法,于2018年9月-12月选取浙江省3所三甲医院148名儿科护士作为调查对象。采用一般情况调查表、团队心理安全气氛量表、Utrecht工作投入量表、简易应对方式量表进行调查分析。结果三甲医院儿科护士团队心理安全气氛总分为59.48±9.59分;儿科护士团队心理安全气氛在聘用形式、职称、是否经历暴力事件方面差异有统计学意义。(p<0.01);团队心理安全气氛量表总分与积极应对方式、工作投入量表总分及各维度呈正相关;与消极应对方式呈负相关;多元逐步回归分析显示,职称、是否经历暴力事件、积极应对方式、工作投入总分是儿科护士团队心理安全气氛的影响因素(p<0.01)。结论护理管理者应重视儿科护士的团队心理安全气氛水平,尤其是低职称及经历过职场暴力事件的护士,通过营造良好工作环境,帮助其提高工作投入,采取积极应对方式,从而提高儿科护士团队心理安全气氛。 Objective To investigate the current situation of team psychological safety atmosphere of pediatric nurses in tertiary hospitals and to analyze its influencing factors.Method A total of 148 pediatric nurses from three tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang province were recruited in this study from September 2018 to December 2018.General information questionnaire,team psychological safety atmosphere scale,Utrecht work engagement scale and simplified coping style questionnaire were used to investigate the pediatric nurses.Results The total score of team psychological safety atmosphere scale of the pediatric nurses in tertiary hospitals was(59.48±9.59).The score of team psychological safety atmosphere scale was significantly different in employment form,professional title and experience of violent events(p<0.01).The total score of the team psychological safety atmosphere scale was positively correlated with the positive coping style,the total score of the job involvement scale and scores of all dimensions(r=0.189~0.346),and was negatively correlated with negative coping style.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that professional title,experience of violent events,positive coping style,and total score of Utrecht work engagement scale were the influencing factors of team psychological safety atmosphere(p<0.01).Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the level of team psychological safety atmosphere of pediatric nurses,especially the nurses with low professional titles and experience of workplace violence.They should improve the team psychological safety atmosphere of pediatric nurses by creating a good working environment,improving job involvement and adopting positive coping methods.
