摘要
缩尾缺陷严重影响航空发动机服役安全和可靠性。本文对QAl10-4-4铝青铜棒材缩尾缺陷进行微观形貌观察,分析缩尾缺陷产生的主要影响因素,并提出在棒材生产过程中强化工艺过程控制并采用100%超声波水浸探伤检查验收,杜绝将存在残留缩尾缺陷的棒材提供给客户。
The tail shrinkage defect seriously affects the safety and reliability of aeroengine in service. In this paper, the micro morphology of the shrinkage defect of qal10-4-4 aluminum bronze bar is observed, the main influencing factors of the shrinkage defect are analyzed, and it is proposed to strengthen the process control in the bar production process and adopt 100% ultrasonic water immersion flaw detection for acceptance, so as to prevent the bar with residual shrinkage defect from being provided to customers.
