摘要
给出氯气处理工艺流程。根据生产中遇到的不同问题,给出相应解决措施。①2条生产线的2台氯压机安全保护系统氯氮混合气压差、氮气密封气流量等一旦达到联锁值,将联锁氯压机跳车,导致整个系统停车。优化密封氮气系统,将可能造成跳车的氮气压力做成压力低报的弹出报警,在进氯压机前安装氮气缓冲罐,在氮气缓冲罐出口进氯压机之前安装氮气过滤器。②冷却器列管腐蚀。将冷却介质循环水改为纯水。③系统异常时,若无法及时关注到各项指标变化,将导致氯气泄漏事故概率极高。在废气吸收进口管线处增加V形弯,远传监控吸收塔液位。改造后,透平式压缩机运行良好,整套装置的运行安全性大大提高。
The process flow of chlorine handling is given.In order to solve different problems encountered in production,corresponding solutions are given.①There was a chlorine compressor respectively in two lines.Once the pressure difference of chlorine and nitrogen mixture in the safety protection system for the two compressors and the flow of nitrogen sealing gas reached the interlocking value,the interlock shutdown of chlorine compressor would trip,causing the whole system to stop・The sealing nitrogen system was optimized:a low-pressure pop-up alarm was made,a nitrogen buffer tank was installed before the chlorine compressor,and a nitrogen filter was installed between the outlet of nitrogen buffer tank and the chlorine compressor.②The cooler pipe was corroded.So the cooling medium was changed from circulating water to pure water.③When the system was abnormal and attention was not paid to the changes of various indicators in time,the probability of chlorine leakage accident was very high.A U-bend was added at the inlet pipeline for waste gas absorption.The liquid level of absorption tower was remotely monitored.After the transformations were finished,the turbine compressor ran well,and the operation safety of the whole unit was greatly improved.
