摘要
欧洲国家和部分亚洲国家的医养照护师管理研究起步较早,发展至今已形成较完善的医养照护师管理制度。中国医养照护师管理研究相对滞后,欧洲国家和部分亚洲国家医养照护师管理制度对中国具有积极的借鉴意义。在检索欧洲和亚洲老年护理人员管理、分级、培训、资质取得的文献、政策、制度、规范、网站等基础上,介绍英国、德国、日本和韩国在医养照护师管理方面的实践和经验。从细化医养照护师分级制度、规范医养照护师的资格取得、进行积极的在职培训三个方面提出完善建议。
In Europe countries and some Asian countries,the research on the management of medical-health care nurse started earlier,and has developed into a relatively complete management system.However,the research on the management of medical-health care nurse in China is relatively lagging behind.The management systems of medical-health care nurse in European countries and some Asian countries have the significant reference value for China.Based on the literatures,policies,systems,norms and websites of management,classification,training and qualification acquisition of elderly care staff in European and Asian,this study introduced the practice and experience in the management of medical-health care nurse in Britain,Germany,Japan and South Korea.This study put forward suggestions from three aspects,including:to refine the classification system of medical-health care nurse,to standardize the qualification acquisition of medical-health care nurse and to carry out active on-the-job training of medical-health care nurse.
