摘要
大类招生培养模式已在各大高校普及,民族高校也不例外。合理进行专业分流是整个大类招生培养模式中至关重要的环节。在这样的背景下,通过分析民族高校学生选择专业的影响因素以及专业分流前后等情况发现,目前在民族高校专业分流中在培养方案和课程安排、分流方案和宣传工作、教师的引导和互动工作等方面存在一些问题。对此,应做好大类培养的顶层设计,强化关键课程建设,有效利用第二课堂;合理制定分流方案,不断优化专业分流工作;加强师资队伍建设,严格落实“导师制”等相关管理制度。
The mode of general enrollment and training has been popularized in universities for nationalities with rational specialty diversion as a crucial link in the overall training.The analysis of the influencing factors of students’major application and the situation before and after the specialty diversion shows that there are problems concerning training programs and curriculum,diversion scheme and propaganda,teachers’guidance and interaction.Measures should be taken to solve the problems as follows:to make top-level design for large-scale enrollment and training,to strengthen the construction of key courses and effectively utilize the second classrooms;to define reasonable specialty diversion schemes,and constantly optimize the diversion;to enhance the construction of teaching staff,and strictly implement the“tutorial system”.
