摘要
目的总结中药治疗玫瑰糠疹(PR)的用药规律,为临床用药和研究提供参考和指导。方法检索《中国期刊网全文数据库》(CNKI)、《中文科技期刊全文数据库》(维普VIP)、《万方数据资源系统》数据库,检索策略围绕“玫瑰糠疹”等病名纳入中药治疗PR的临床随机对照研究及专家经验总结。借助“中医传承辅助系统”对纳入研究的治疗用药进行分析。结果筛选治疗PR的方剂139首,分析得出治疗PR的常用药物136种,核心药物17味,根据用药规律演化出治疗PR的8个新处方。结论以中医传承辅助系统为平台,利用文本挖掘、关联规则等数据挖掘方法较好的体现了:中药治疗PR以清热凉血药为主,辅以疏风止痒药。
Objective In order to summarize the medication law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of pityriasis rosea(PR),providing reference and guidance for clinical use and research.Methods"Pityriasis Rosea"etc.were subjected to search clinical randomized controlled study and experience of famous doctor in multiple database,including CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang.The therapeutic drugs included in the study were analyzed with the help of the TCM inheritance support system.Result Totally 139 prescriptions for PR were screened,and the results showed 136 kinds of common herbs for the disease,a total of 17 flavor core drugs,and eight new prescriptions for treating PR were developed according to the law of medication.Conclusion Based on TCMISS,the data mining methods such as text mining and association rules better reflected the prescription rules of PR:TCM for the treatment of PR is mainly based on clearing heat and cooling blood,supplemented by dispelling wind to suppress itching.
