电刺激-生物反馈治疗联合盆底康复训练对产后轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察电刺激-生物反馈联合盆底康复训练治疗产后轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的产后出现轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组患者给予进行盆底康复治疗,观察组患患者给予电刺激-生物反馈联合盆底康复训练治疗,比较两组患者盆底肌力、脏器脱垂改善情况及性生活质量等指标差异。结果治疗后,两组盆底肌力最大收缩力、收缩持续时间及性生活质量均明显升高,盆底肌疲劳度明显下降,且观察组盆底肌力最大收缩力、收缩持续时间及性生活质量高于对照组,盆底肌疲劳度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脏器脱垂程度分级改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激-生物反馈联合盆底康复训练治疗产后轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂可明显提高患者盆底肌力,改善盆底脏器脱垂程度,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
