摘要
航材应急物流运输涉及影响因素多,环境复杂,很难建立一个统一的模型进行处理。文章通过对航材应急物流运输全过程的深入分析,提出将航材应急物流运输过程进行分阶段处理的思想。根据运输过程中不同时期运输外部环境、追求的主要目标、使用运输工具种类和要求等方面存在差异的特点,将应急物流运输分成两个阶段:大规模应急物资长途运输和前方应急物资配送,并针对各自的特点分别建立了相适用的模型。其中,大规模应急物资长途运输模型通过设定时间罚函数系数,突出了运输时间的重要性;前方应急物资配送模型充分考虑应急运输车辆的多次往返问题,解决了快速准确制定应急物资配送方案的问题。
Emergency logistics and transport aircraft materials involving many factors,complex environment,it is difficult to establish a unified model for processing.Through in-depth analysis of the air materiel emergency logistics and transport the whole process of thinking will propose emergency logistics during transport aircraft materials phased process.According to the external environment during transport transport in different periods,the main objective pursued,using the characteristics are different types of transport and other aspects and requirements of the emergency logistics and transport in two phases:a large-scale long-distance transport of emergency supplies and emergency supplies distribution front,and for the characteristics of each model were established with applicable.Among them,large-scale long-distance transport of emergency supplies penalty function coefficient model by setting the time,highlighted the importance of transport time;in front of emergency supplies distribution model fully consider the issue multiple-entry emergency transport vehicles to address the development of fast and accurate emergency supplies and distribution program the problem.
