摘要
目的:检验体育学习中失败恐惧与自我妨碍之间的关系及成就目标在两者之间的中介作用。方法:采用问卷调查法对564名大学生的失败恐惧、成就目标与自我妨碍进行测量,运用相关、回归和结构方程模型等方法对调查数据进行统计与分析。结果显示:1)在体育学习中,学生的失败恐惧对自我妨碍有显著正向预测作用;2)在体育学习中,学生的掌握目标对自我妨碍有显著负向预测作用,成绩回避目标对自我妨碍有显著正向预测作用,成绩趋近目标对自我妨碍没有显著的预测作用;3)在体育学习中,学生的成绩回避目标可部分中介失败恐惧与自我妨碍之间的关系,而成绩趋近目标不能中介这两者之间的关系。结论:体育学习中,学生的失败恐惧会导致其采纳更多的自我妨碍策略;持有掌握目标的学生较少采用自我妨碍策略,而持有成绩回避目标学生会更多采用自我妨碍;学生的失败恐惧会导致其采纳不能表现比他人差的目标(即成绩回避目标),持有成绩回避目标的个体会有意创造障碍作为自己失败的理由,来达到保护自我价值的目的。建议:体育学习中应利用多元指标提供更多让学生获得成功的机会,鼓励学生持有多重目标观,有助于直接或间接减少学生的自我妨碍。
Objective:To investigate the relationship of self-handicapping and fear of failure and the mediating function of achievement goal within physical education settings.Methods:Participants were 564 college students,3 scales were used to assess fear of failure,achievement goal,and self-handicapping.Results:1)In physical education learning,students'fear of failure had a significant and positive effect toward their self-handicapping.2)In physical education learning,students'mastery goals had a significantly negative effect toward their self-handicapping,performance-avoidance goals had a significantly positive effect toward their self-handicapping,while performance-approach goals had no significant effect toward self-handicapping.3)In physical education learning,students'performance-avoidance goals may partially mediate the relationship between fear of failure and self-handicapping,students'performance-approach goals can not mediate the relationship between the two.Conclusion:In physical education learning,students'fear of failure leads them to adopt more self-handicapping strategies;students with mastery goals tend to adopt less self-handicapping strategies,while students with performance-avoidance goals tend to adopt more self-handicapping strategies;students'fear of failure will lead to their adoption of goals that can not perform worse than others(i.e.performance-avoidance goals).Individuals who hold performance-avoidance goals intentionally create obstacles as reasons for their failure to achieve the goal of protecting their self-worth.In physical education learning,multiple indicators should be used to provide more opportunities for students to achieve success and encourage students to have multiple goals,which can help directly or indirectly reduce students'self-handicaps.
