摘要
本文以华虹设计为案例研究对象,旨在从组织惯性的视角揭示国有企业子公司转型升级锁定效应的主要来源及作用机制,打开国有企业子公司转型升级锁定效应的“黑箱”。研究发现,国有企业子公司的产权属性、母公司对子公司的定位、政府牌照、政府订单形成的各类组织惯性锁定了国企子公司的转型资源/能力和转型意愿,阻碍了华虹设计从传统安全芯片向高端芯片、新兴产业芯片领域的转型步伐。研究构建了国有企业子公司转型升级锁定效应及其作用机制模型,结论丰富了组织惯性理论,拓展了企业转型升级相关研究,可以对国有企业子公司诊断转型升级的锁定效应提供重要启示。
The paper takes SHHIC as a case in order to reveal the main source and mechanism of the lock-in effect of the transformation and upgrading of the subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of organizational inertia,and opens up the“black box”of the lock-in effect in question.We find that the organizational inertia formed by the property right attributes,the parent company’s positioning,government licenses and government orders have locked the transformation willingness and the ability of state-owned enterprises’subsidiaries,which hinders the transformation of SHHIC from traditional security chips to high-end and emerging industry chips.Based on the above conclusions,we construct the lock-in effect and mechanism model of the transformation and upgrading.This study may be significant in enriching the research on enterprise transformation and upgrading and helping the subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises to break through the obstacles in transformation.
