摘要
目的:探讨青少年安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类治疗中,无托槽隐形矫治和传统方法的应用效果。方法:2016年4月-2018年4月收治青少年安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。试验组行无托槽隐形矫治器治疗;对照组行活动矫治器联合自锁托槽固定矫治器治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组上下后牙颊舌向倾斜角和咬合接触两项矫治效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无托槽隐形矫治器治疗青少年Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者是一种更高效、舒适、美观的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the effect of bracketless invisible correction and traditional methods in the treatment of adolescent angle class Ⅱ classification Ⅰ.Methods:60 adolescents with angle class Ⅱ classificationⅠwere selected from April 2016 to April 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with bracketless invisible appliance,the control group was treated with active appliance and self-locking bracket fixed appliance.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The correction effects of the inclination angle and occlusal contact of the upper and lower teeth of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bracketless invisible appliance is a more efficient,comfortable and beautiful treatment method for adolescents with angle class Ⅱ classification Ⅰ.
