摘要
目的:探讨不同年龄段EB病毒感染患儿的临床表现差异及抗病毒药物治疗分析。方法:回顾性分析2018年10月1日–12月31日在我院住院并诊断为"EB病毒感染"的患儿信息,选取年龄在0~13岁患儿为研究对象,按年龄段分为婴儿组、幼儿组、学龄前期组和学龄期组,对各组患儿的临床表现、合并症、尿常规、肝功能等相关指标进行统计分析。结果:本研究共纳入165例患儿,儿童EB病毒感染以幼儿期(39.39%)和学龄前期(32.12%)的比例较高;学龄前期的患儿伴颈部淋巴结肿大(71.70%)和扁桃体肿大(41.51%)比例较高;从抗病毒药物的使用人数上看,注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷组最多(77例,46.67%)。结论:儿童EB病毒感染各年龄段的临床表现不同,需要尽快明确诊断,给予推荐的抗病毒药物及时治疗。
Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations of children with EB virus(EBV)infection at different ages and analyze the application of antiviral drugs.Methods:Data of children inpatients with EBV infection aged from 0 to 13 years old in our hospital from October 1 st,2018 to December 31 st,2018 were retrospectively collected.All the children were divided into baby group,infant group,preschool age group and school age group according to their age.The clinical manifestations,comorbidities,index of urine routine,liver function,etc in different groups were compared.Results:A total of 165 children were enrolled in this study.The proportion of EBV infection in infant group and preschool age group were higher than other groups,which was accounting for 39.39%and 32.12%respectively.In preschool age group,71.70%of children had cervical lymph node enlargement and 41.51%of children had tonsil node enlargement.There were 77 children,accounting for 46.67%,using vidarabine monophosphate for injection for anti-EBV therapy.Conclusion:Children with EBV infection in different age groups had different clinical manifestations,which should be diagnosed as soon as possible and given recommended antiviral drugs.
