摘要
选用7种不同Y沸石,与拟薄水铝石按质量比3∶7混合,挤压成型,通过浸渍法负载等量NiMo金属,形成以Y沸石与氧化铝负载双金属的双功能催化剂。运用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR等表征手段对催化剂进行表征,并应用于正十二烷烃加氢异构反应。结果表明,反应温度为280℃,体积空速为2 h^-1,氢烃比为600时,NiMo/Al2O3-Y-2表现出最好的催化活性,正十二烷的转化率达到24.4%,异构十二烷的选择性达到76.1%。
Seven different Y zeolites were mixed with pseudo boehmite with the mass ratio of three to seven.Ni and Mo were loaded on the support to preparing the bimetal bifunctional catalyst by following the continuous steps including extruding,sieving and impregnating.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,SEM,NH 3-TPD,H 2-TPR and used in hydroisomerization of n-dodecane.The NiMo/Al 2O 3-Y-2 catalyst showed the best catalytic performance with the conversion and the selectivity of 24.4%and 76.1%respectively.
