摘要
为探讨田间自然发病条件下烟株抗氧化酶活性和光合特性对不同黑胫病发病程度的响应差异,选择云南烟草黑胫病危害严重的3个植烟区,比较自然发病条件下不同发病程度烟株抗氧化酶和光合特性的变化差异。随着烟株黑胫病发病情况加重,多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量随着发病程度的加重而升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性随着病情的加重呈先升高后降低的趋势;随着烤烟植株黑胫病发病程度加重,植株光合作用各项指标均受到较大程度抑制,进而影响了烤烟光合作用与有机物积累。在自然发病条件下,黑胫病侵染干扰了烟株正常的细胞膜功能和光合作用,且随发病程度加重干扰作用加强,最终影响烟株生长发育及产质量形成。
In order to explore the differences between antioxidant enzyme activity and photosynthetic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves among different degrees of black shank disease, The tobaccos with different severities of black shank disease had been selected in the three most serious areas in Yunnan to compare the variation of antioxidant enzymes and photosynthetic characteristics of tobacco plants with different severities of disease under natural conditions. With the increase of the severities of disease, the activity of PPO and the content of MDA increased, and the activities of SOD and POD increased first and then decreased. All indicators of photosynthesis were inhibited greater. The photosynthesis and accumulation of organic matter were suppressed. Under the natural conditions, the infection of black shank disease interfered with the normal cell membrane function, the photosynthesis of tobacco plants. With the aggravation of the severity of the disease, the disturbance was strengthened, which ultimately affected the growth and development of tobacco plants and the formation of yield and quality.
