摘要
新生代农民工逐渐成为农民工的主体,对我国经济增长和城市发展起到重要作用,新生代农民工素质的高低对中国未来经济可持续增长有重要影响。本文从新生代农民工的概念入手,阐述了莒县新生代农民工的现状,分析了当前新生代农民工存在的问题,提出了对策,旨在为乡村振兴战略实施提供参考。
The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become the main body of migrant workers,which plays an important role in China′ s economic growth and urban development.The quality of the new generation of migrant workers has an important impact on China ′ s future sustainable economic growth.From the concept of new generation of migrant workers,the paper expounded the status of the new generation of migrant workers in Juxian County,analyzed the current problems of new generation of migrant workers,and put forward the countermeasures,in order to provide references for rural revitalization strategy implementation.
