摘要
烟叶的存储环境对提升改善烟叶质量具有重要意义。本文通过设置不同温度,研究不同成熟度烟叶的外观质量、化学成分的变化,结合皖南普遍的3种存储环境,综合分析烟叶的最佳存储场所。结果表明,成熟烟叶在20℃条件下外观表现最佳,尚熟、欠熟烟叶则在30℃条件下表现最佳。比较不同存储环境下,成熟烟叶在老房子中感官质量的改善效果最明显。
The storage environment of tobacco leaf is of great significance to improve the quality of tobacco leaf.In this paper,through setting different temperatures to study the appearance quality and chemical composition changes of tobacco leaves with different matures,combining with the3 kinds of common storage environments in southern Anhui,the optimal storage places of tobacco leaves were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that the mature tobacco leaves had the best appearance at 20 ℃,and the unripe and underripe tobacco leaves had the best appearance at 30 ℃.Under different storage environments,the improvement effect of sensory quality of mature tobacco leaves was most obvious in the old house.
