摘要
目的:探讨重症龋儿童体内血红蛋白(Hb)及维生素D[1,25(OH)2D3]水平变化特点及意义。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年2月在我院治疗的龋齿患儿106例,其中重症龋齿患儿44例(重症组),非重症龋齿患儿62例(非重症组),同时选取无龋齿儿童60例作为对照组,检测各组Hb、1,25(OH)2D3水平。结果:重症组Hb和1,25(OH)2D3分别为(108.81±6.72)g/L和(64.15±9.87)nmol/L,明显低于非重症组和对照组(P<0.05);非重症组Hb和1,25(OH)2D3分别为(113.03±7.20)g/L和(72.06±10.64)nmol/L,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);重症组龋失补牙数(dmft)为(8.90±1.11),明显高于非重症组(P<0.05);重症组Hb、1,25(OH)2D3与dmft呈负相关(r分别为-0.482和-0.454,P<0.05);非重症组Hb、1,25(OH)2D3与dmft无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:重症龋儿童Hb和1,25(OH)2D3水平明显降低,且与患儿dmft有一定相关性,值得进一步研究。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of hemoglobin(Hb)and vitamin D(1,25(OH)2D3)levels in children with severe caries.Methods:From Jan.2017 to Feb.2018,a total of 106 children with dental caries were extracted,including 44 cases of severe caries(severe group)and 62 cases of non severe caries(non severe group),and 60 cases of caries free children were selected as the control group.The levels of Hb and 1,25(OH)2D3 in each group were detected.Results:The levels of Hb and 1,25(OH)2D3 in the severe group were respectively(108.81±6.72)g/L and(64.15±9.87)nmol/L,significantly lower than those in the non severe group and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Hb and 1,25(OH)2D3 in the non severe group were respectively(113.03±7.20)g/L and(72.06±10.64)nmol/L,significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of decayed-missing-filled tooth(dmft)in the severe group was 8.90±1.11,significantly higher than that in the non severe group(P<0.05).The levels of Hb and 1,25(OH)2D3 in the severe group were negatively correlated with dmft(r=-0.482 and-0.454,P<0.05).The levels of Hb and 1,25(OH)2D3 in the non severe group were not correlated with dmft(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of Hb and 1,25(OH)2D3 in children with severe caries are significantly lower,and there is a certain correlation with dmft in children,which deserves further study.
