摘要
恶意划车行为是故意毁坏公私财物的违法行为,此类行为引发的案件高发、频发,严重损害了车主的切身利益,加大了民警执法办案压力。本文利用GIS地图技术,选择热点社区进行实地调查,通过对杭州市××区近年来恶意划车行为引发案件的数据分析,就提高违法成本、源头治理恶意划车行为、建构城市路面有序停车多元治理模式、创新发展共建共治共享的社会治理体制提出相应的对策。
The malicious act of rowing is an illegal act of deliberately destroying public and private property.This kind of behavior causes high and frequent cases,which seriously damages the vital interests of car owners,increases the pressure of police law enforcement,and affects the image of police. Based on the GIS map technology,this paper selects the hot communities for field investigation,and through the data analysis of malicious car delimitation cases in Fuyang District of Hangzhou City in recent years,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the source control of malicious car delimitation,the construction of multiple governance modes of orderly parking on urban roads,and the innovation and development of the social governance system of CO governance and sharing.
