摘要
海藻酸钠作为成熟的活性印花糊料被广泛使用,但需要同时使用大量的尿素,从而使排放污水总氮超标,严重影响环境,所以必须寻找新的解决方案。介绍了一种合成糊料RECA,通过不同的水洗实验寻找更加合理的工艺,以改善对环境的影响。
Sodium alginate is widely used as a mature active printing paste which is used with a large amount of urea at the same time.A large amount of urea resulting in the discharging of the total nitrogen in sewage exceeds the limit,which seriously affects the environment.So a new solution should be found.RECA,a kind of synthetic paste,is introduced.And a more reasonable process is sought to improve the effectiveness of the environment through different washing tests.
