中国省际农业用水效率影响因素分析——基于静态与动态空间面板模型 被引量:26

摘要 运用SBM模型测算全国及30个省份农业用水效率,并计算技术落差率、技术无效率和管理无效率;构造静态和动态的空间杜宾模型分析技术落差率、技术无效率和管理无效率的影响因素。结果显示:农业用水效率整体提升明显,但区域间发展不平衡;不同地区农业用水的技术落差率、技术无效率和管理无效率均具有空间自相关性;农业现代化水平、人口结构和农田水利设施建设对技术落差率、技术无效率和管理无效率均产生显著正向影响,第一产业结构只影响技术落差率和管理无效率,用水结构对技术无效率有显著负向影响,但这些生产要素几乎没有实现长期可持续利用。因此,在提高农业用水效率时,既要考虑区域间的协同合作,又要关注实现农业生产的长效机制。 This paper uses the SBM model to measure the agricultural water use efficiency in China and calculate the technical gap ration,technical inefficiency and management inefficiency;then it constructs spatial Durbin model to analyze the influencing factors The results show that the overall improvement is obvious,but the development between regions is uneven.The technical gap ration,technical inefficiency and management inefficiency of agricultural water use in different regions have spatial autocorrelation.The level of agricultural modernization,population structure and construction of farmland water conservancy facilities has significant positive impact on technology drop rate,technology inefficiency and management inefficiency.The first industry structure only affects the technology drop rate and management inefficiency,while the water structure has significant negative impact on the technology inefficiency.However,these production factors do not achieve sustainable utilize.Therefore,to improve the efficiency of agricultural water,we must consider not only the regional cooperation,but also the long・term mechanism.
