四氯虫酰胺玉米全株喷雾和喇叭口点施防治草地贪夜蛾的药效评价 被引量:11

摘要 评价四氯虫酰胺玉米全株喷雾和喇叭口点施处理对草地贪夜蛾的活性与防效,为草地贪夜蛾综合防控提供技术支持。采用叶片喷雾法,测定了对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫毒力;以40%辛硫磷乳油为对照药剂,采用喷雾和喇叭口点施两种方式田间施用10%四氯虫酰胺悬浮剂,药前1 d和药后1 d、3 d、7 d,调查挂牌标记玉米上草地贪夜蛾活虫数,计算防治效果。结果表明:四氯虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫具有良好的毒力;10%四氯虫酰胺悬浮剂制剂用量600 g/hm 2喷雾处理后1 d、3 d、7 d对草地贪夜蛾的防效分别为75.90%、91.91%和92.02%,制剂用量300 g/hm 2喇叭口点施处理后1 d、3 d、7 d对草地贪夜蛾的防效分别为82.28%、89.52%和91.23%,40%辛硫磷乳油制剂用量1500 g/hm 2处理,两种施药方式防效均不佳。四氯虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾具有良好的防治效果,喇叭口点施方式节省药剂可达50%以上,在防治草地贪夜蛾等害虫方面具有广阔的应用前景。 To evaluate the bioactivity and control effect of tetrachlorantraniliprole(SC)corn whole plant spray and flare opening application treatment against Spodoptera frugiperda and to provide technical support for the comprehensive prevention and control of S.frugiperda.Leaf spray method was used to determine the control effect against second instar larva of S.frugiperda;with 40%phoxim(EC)of phoxim as the control agent,10%SC of tetrachlorantraniliprole was applied in the field by spray and flare opening application,the number of S.frugiperda on labeled corn was investigated,and the control effect was calculated on 1 day before and 1 day,3 day and 7 day after the application of pesticide.The results showed that tetrachlorantraniliprole had a good control effect to the second instar larvae of S.frugiperda;the control effect against S.frugiperda with spraying of 10%SC of tetrachlorantraniliprole preparation in 600 g/hm 2 after 1 day,3 day and 7 day were 75.90%,91.91%,and 92.02%respectively;the control effect against S.frugiperda with flare opening application of 10%SC of tetrachlorantraniliprole preparation in 300 g/hm 2 after 1 day,3 day and 7 day were were 82.28%,89.52%and 91.23%respectively,and the control effect against S.frugiperda with two application mothods of 40%EC of phoxim was preparation in 1500 g/hm 2 was poor.Tetrachlorantraniliprole had a good control effect on S.frugiperda,and the application method of flare opening application could save more than 50%of pesticide usage,which had a broad application prosect in the prevention and control of S.frugiperda and other pests.
