摘要
社会主义生态文明观是在世界经济持续增长、自然生态环境不堪重负的情况下,为满足保护生态环境和加快建设生态文明社会的迫切需求而逐渐形成的。生态文明思想的发展经历了从最初节约资源、保护环境观念的形成,到"可持续发展战略"的推广、"社会主义和谐社会"的构建,再到"建设生态文明"的提出和"社会主义生态文明"确立的历史过程。我们要牢固树立社会主义生态文明观,推动形成人与自然和谐发展的现代化建设新格局。
The concept of socialist ecological civilization was formed in the situation that the natural ecological environment we are facing is becoming more and more overburdened and in order to meet the urgent needs of protecting the ecological environment and accelerating the construction of an ecological civilized society. Ecological civilization thought has gradually evolved from the initial concept of saving resources and protecting the environment to the promotion of"sustainable development strategy",to the construction of "socialist harmonious society",to the proposal of "building ecological civilization"and finally to the historical process of the establishment of"socialist ecological civilization". We must firmly establish a concept of socialist ecological civilization and promote the formation of a new pattern of modernization that promotes the harmonious development between mankind and nature.
